ART…..is not just a talent ,hobby ,passion or profession but a life maker ,heart healer, marriage maker and taboo breaker.
Friends I am Arti, neurovedic therapist and I have cured hundreds of people .
When did I learned that?
Long ago, almost a decade and half back I knew this woman who used to paint and sketch. She would ask me to draw something randomly and then shed decoded that painting aligning my current situation of mind ,family and relationship. Then slowly I learned this ,which was one aspect of a neuroscience which is intersection of ourvision/seeing , feeling various emotions then connecting the two..something through our eyes, perceiving it ,saving it in our memory and then pouring it out on paper with the pencil.
Then I experimented this on me, by now I was aware of the mind’s and emotion’s symbol language.
When we are not doing any conscious thinking ,in that moment lies our originality, the reflection our pure self.whatever we say and draw is straight from our unconscious mind

How Art Heals: A Pathway to Mental and Physical Well-Being
Art has always been more than just a form of expression; it is a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. Engaging in any form of art—painting, music, dance, writing, pottery, or even crafting—allows individuals to connect with their inner emotions and release stress that often remains unspoken. This emotional release plays a vital role in improving mental health by reducing anxiety, calming the mind, and fostering a sense of balance and clarity.
Practicing art encourages mindfulness. When a person is fully immersed in creating something, the mind naturally shifts away from worries and negative thought patterns. This focused state helps lower stress hormones, improve mood, and enhance overall emotional resilience. Art also builds self-esteem; creating something unique gives a sense of accomplishment and purpose, which is especially beneficial during times of emotional challenge.
Beyond mental well-being, art positively impacts physical health as well. Activities like dancing, sculpting, or playing an instrument improve motor skills, coordination, and body awareness. Even gentle artistic practices can lower blood pressure, improve breathing patterns, and boost energy levels.
In essence, art nurtures the harmony between mind and body. By making creativity a regular practice, individuals can unlock a natural, accessible, and deeply personal path to healing, growth, and holistic health.
